in your class you will have a sequence of meditation and pranayama followed by the asanas and last – and that’s what every student loves – savasana

meditation – focus and stay present
pranayama – fill your body with new energy
asana – keep your body flexible, gain strength, release tension or work on energy blockages

choose between vinyassa, hatha, yin or aerial yoga

classes are about 60, 75 or 90 minutes
individual business yoga classes are provided
